Office Puzzle Is Presenting Sponsor of APBA’s Inaugural Small Business Leader Collective and Debuts The Owners Table, a 2-Day Practice Owner Retreat in Atlanta
MIAMI, FL, UNITED STATES, October 19, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Office Puzzle, the all-in-one practice management platform for applied behavior analysis (ABA) providers, today announced two initiatives to help ABA practices build stronger businesses: its Presenting Sponsorship of the Association of Professional Behavior Analysts’ (APBA) inaugural Small Business Leader Collective, and The Owners Table, a two-day retreat for ABA practice owners in Atlanta.
Office Puzzle understands the small business journey. Its software was built for one ABA practice and now supports more than 800 agencies nationwide, growth that earned it a place on the 2026 Inc. 5000 list.
Many ABA practice owners build their businesses on clinical expertise without the chance to learn the business side of it. Both initiatives aim to close that gap.
“Whether it’s helping APBA bring small-practice leaders together on a national stage or sitting down with owners in Atlanta, our goal is the same: give them the time, the people, and the practical tools to strengthen the business side of their practice without sacrificing quality of care,” said Hailu Jardines, CEO of Office Puzzle.
The Collective is a new APBA initiative supporting leaders of independently owned ABA organizations. Fifteen leaders will be selected for the inaugural cohort and invited to APBA Amplify 2027, March 18–20, 2027, in Kansas City.
Each will receive:
-Three-day registration for APBA Amplify 2027, including CEUs
-Six months of on-demand access to convention sessions
-A one-year APBA organizational membership with five team seats
-Reserved keynote seating
-Admission to a Collective event hosted by Office Puzzle, plus cohort connection before and after the convention
“The Association of Professional Behavior Analysts is excited to launch our inaugural Small Business Leader Collective in 2027. Through Office Puzzle’s generous sponsorship, we are able to provide selected small business leaders with sponsored attendance at our 2027 convention and complimentary APBA memberships for the first five members of their teams,” said Molly Dubuque, CEO of APBA. “We appreciate Office Puzzle’s support of this initiative and its contribution to expanding professional development and networking opportunities for small business leaders within the behavior analysis community.”
Owners and leaders of independently owned ABA organizations with 100 or fewer full-time-equivalent employees can apply through Nov. 20, 2026. The cohort will be notified Dec. 15, 2026. Full details are available on the APBA Small Business Leader Collective info page.
The Owners Table gives ABA practice owners two days away from daily operations to focus on business fundamentals. The inaugural retreat will take place Dec. 10–11, 2026, at the Wylie Hotel in Atlanta.
Each session pairs a presentation with hands-on work, and attendees leave with a playbook for putting the strategies into action. Sessions are led by experts who have built successful ABA businesses. Topics include:
-Building client and staff pipelines
-Balancing client growth and staff capacity
-Retention and sustainable growth
-Working through owners’ biggest constraints
The event also includes a presenter panel, a group dinner, and one-on-one time with presenters. To keep conversations candid, Office Puzzle will select 15 to 20 Atlanta-area owners through an application process.
“Running a practice can be isolating. Your team doesn’t always see the pressure you’re under, and the field can feel more competitive than collaborative,” said Charlene Kurth, COO of Office Puzzle. “We want owners to walk out of this retreat with a plan for their business and a group of peers they can keep calling on long after it’s over.”
Georgia ABA practice owners can learn more about The Owners Table and apply by November 9, 2026. Office Puzzle plans to bring the retreat to additional cities.
