NEW YORK, NY, UNITED STATES, August 14, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — Programs.com has launched an updated version of its website with an expanded focus on artificial intelligence education, including degree rankings, program comparisons, and practical guides for prospective students.
The shift comes as universities rapidly add undergraduate and graduate programs in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Student interest is also growing, but independent information has not kept pace. Program names, tuition costs, technical requirements, and the amount of AI coursework can vary considerably from one school to another.
“There are now hundreds of AI degree programs, and that number is continuing to grow,” said Brian Dean, founder of Programs.com, Backlinko, and Exploding Topics. “But students still have a hard time understanding how the programs differ and which type of degree makes sense for their goals.”
The updated site currently includes:
* Rankings of online master’s programs in artificial intelligence
* Rankings of online master’s programs in machine learning
* Rankings of online bachelor’s programs in artificial intelligence
* A ranking and guide to AI-focused MBA programs
* Guides covering tuition, admissions, curriculum, career paths, and how to earn an AI degree
* A growing database of AI and machine-learning programs offered by U.S. universities
Programs.com plans to expand its coverage to include additional undergraduate, graduate, online, and specialized AI degree categories.
The company is building on its existing work in technology education. Programs.com first became known for its cybersecurity degree rankings and guides, which have been referenced by several university websites. Cybersecurity education, careers, and certifications will remain a core part of the site.
“We’re not moving away from cybersecurity,” Dean added. “We’re applying what we’ve learned from researching technical education to a field where students increasingly need clear, current information.”
The updated site is now live at Programs.com.
