Independent research firm publishes item-by-item recommendations on all three ballot measures within 48 hours of the company’s proxy filing.
NEW YORK, NY — Signal Proxy Intelligence, the independent proxy research line of Signal Corporate Intelligence, today published its recommendations for the Aug. 10, 2026 annual meeting of Crown Crafts, Inc. (8×8). SPI issued a recommendation on each of the three items on the ballot, published within 48 hours after the company’s definitive proxy statement was accepted on EDGAR.
