Locus Robotics, the leader in Flexibility-First Warehouse Automation, today announced Hy-Tek Intralogistics, VARGO®, and Zion Solutions Group as the Foundational Partners for its Locus Robotics Array System Integrator (SI) Program. As part of Locus Robotics’ ecosystem strategy, the new SI program is designed to accelerate the real-world deployment of Locus Array, a fully autonomous fulfillment system capable of end-to-end workflow execution without manual intervention.
“These three Foundational Partners were selected for their deep experience in warehouse automation, focus on customer success, and proven ability to scale innovation in the market,” said Al Dekin, Chief Revenue Officer, Locus Robotics. “These system integrators have been sound collaborators in the definition of this new program and are active participants in our first Locus Array deployments.”
Through the Array System Integrator Program, participants gain access to resources tailored for Locus Array deployments, including solution design collaboration, sales tools, priority training and certification, a dedicated system integration partner portal, and coordinated go-to-market support. Together, these resources align sales, delivery, and customer success to help partners successfully design and deploy Locus Array solutions.
Locus Array can be integrated with packaging automation, conveyor systems, sortation, and other warehouse technologies, while also operating seamlessly alongside Locus Origin and Locus Vector through a continuous pick-and-pass model. Together, these solutions enable full SKU coverage, and dynamic workflow optimization to support fulfillment operations ranging from brownfield to greenfield sites, and for single-channel, omnichannel, and highly scaled environments.
Partner Perspectives
Each Foundational Partner brings a distinct perspective on how Locus Array fits into the next phase of warehouse automation:
“Locus Array represents a meaningful step towards lights-out innovation in the warehouse,” said Sandy Stephens, Chief Strategy Officer, Hy-Tek Intralogistics. “It enables operators to drive that innovation while maintaining the flexibility needed to adapt to changing demand, workflows, and facility constraints.”
“As fulfillment environments become more dynamic, the ability to coordinate systems in real time is critical,” said Robert Nilsson, Chief Commercial Officer, VARGO®. “We’ve seen Locus Robotics’ success in the market and believe they are well positioned to lead the next generation of fulfillment with Locus Array.”
“The biggest challenge for most organizations is effectively implementing automation within live operations,” said Jim Shaw, President and Co-Founder, of Zion Solutions Group. “The combination of Locus Origin, Locus Vector, and Locus Array provides a flexible set of options to drive efficiency across diverse workflows and SKU profiles. Our role is to design and deploy these systems in a way that delivers immediate performance and scale for the future, without disrupting operations.”
With the introduction of the Locus Robotics Array System Integrator Program, Locus Robotics expands its ecosystem to support a broader range of fulfillment strategies. By combining LocusONE™–its AI-driven orchestration platform that coordinates robots, workflows, and human labor in real time–with experienced partners, customers can deploy flexible, integrated automation that adapts to changing demand, labor conditions, and operational requirements.
