Farrell’s background spans economic development and utility operations at scale. Before leading Atlanta Gas Light and Chattanooga Gas, he served as vice president of economic development for Georgia Power and held a director role at the Georgia Department of Economic Development. His appointment brings an energy-sector operating perspective to OneVizion’s board.
