H2O Care Partners (“H2OCP”), a fast-growing water solutions platform, announced the acquisition of four new partner companies in April: American Pump & Drilling (“APD”) (WA), Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions (“Beauchamp”) (MI), Universal Water Systems and Superior Water Treatment (“U&S”) (CO, NM, AZ), and Certain Services (FL). The partnerships extend H2OCP’s reach into the Southwest and Pacific Northwest, while deepening its presence in Michigan and Florida. H2OCP has now completed 34 partnerships across the United States.
“Closing these four recent partnerships is a reflection of the momentum building across our platform,” said Keith Caldwell, Chief Executive Officer of H2O Care Partners. “Each of these companies brings something unique — from APD’s well drilling and pump expertise, to the Beauchamp family’s 50 years of water service in Michigan, to U&S’s multi-state operations across the Western U.S., to Certain’s deep roots in Southwest Florida — but they share a common commitment to their employees, their customers, and the highest standards of service. We’re proud to welcome them to the H2OCP network.”
APD provides residential water treatment, well drilling, and pump services across Washington and has grown organically and through local acquisitions. “I joined H2O Care Partners after validating the significant upside for our career-minded employees, along with the incredible resources available to us that we could not provide on a local scale. These resources are already enabling growth and improving our customer experience. I appreciate that the platform has honored every commitment made, supporting our enterprise with enthusiasm and professionalism while respecting our familiarity with our local market,” said Mike Brewer, APD’s Founder and President.
The Beauchamp family has been a staple in Michigan water treatment — Beauchamp’s President, Jerrad Beauchamp, grew up in the family business before launching Beauchamp Water Treatment Solutions, a company known for excellent customer service and a strong commitment to its employees.
U&S has a long history operating in Albuquerque and Tucson, and recently expanded into Colorado Springs. Kyle Albert is the GM of the business.
Certain Services, founded in 2010 by husband-and-wife team Bill and Chris Certain in Port Charlotte, builds on Bill’s years of water treatment experience and deepens H2OCP’s growing Southwest Florida presence following the recent addition of Joe Water.
Each company will continue providing excellent service to its customers, now supported by H2OCP’s shared resources, operational expertise, and technology platform.
Other partners in H2OCP’s network include Atlantic Blue (MD), Carroll Water (MD), Negley’s Water (PA), Besco Water Treatment (MI), and Guthrie & Frey (WI). With the addition of APD, Beauchamp, U&S, and Certain, H2OCP’s partners now operate across 20 states.
