Mentoring Local High School Girls Through the Women of Tomorrow Program

HALLANDALE BEACH, FL — Attorney Stephanie Fenstersheib of Fenstersheib Law Group, P.A. is making a difference beyond the courtroom through her work as a mentor with the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program. The initiative connects accomplished professional women with female students in public high schools to inspire, motivate, and empower them to achieve success.

Stephanie began mentoring with Women of Tomorrow in October 2025 after being recommended to the program by the Hallandale Beach Chamber of Commerce. She currently leads monthly mentoring sessions at Hollywood Hills High School in Hollywood, Florida, where she and a co-mentor guide group discussions with young women on topics ranging from confidence and resilience to leadership and goal setting.

“What I find most rewarding is watching these young women open up, find their voices, and realize that their goals are achievable,” said Stephanie Fenstersheib. “Our group discussions create a safe space for honesty and growth, and it’s incredibly fulfilling to see their confidence and self awareness develop from one meeting to the next.”

One of Stephanie’s most memorable moments came when she asked her students to share advice they would give her nine year old daughter about growing up in a world shaped by social media and peer pressure. Their responses, thoughtful and supportive, left a lasting impression on her.

“Seeing them lift one another up and share advice they wish they had heard themselves was powerful,” Stephanie said. “It reminded me how much connection and guidance can change a young person’s outlook.”

As both an attorney and a mother, Stephanie has found her mentorship experience to be deeply meaningful. “Being a mentor has been grounding and inspiring,” she said. “As professionals, we have the ability and the responsibility to reach back and help those coming up behind us. Mentorship is one of the most meaningful ways to create lasting change.”

Stephanie explained that her work with Women of Tomorrow directly aligns with the values of Fenstersheib Law Group and her family’s ongoing commitment to community service.

“At Fenstersheib Law Group, we have always believed in using our platform to make a positive impact beyond the courtroom,” she added. “Mentoring through Women of Tomorrow perfectly aligns with that mission, supporting, empowering, and uplifting others through compassion, advocacy, and guidance.”

Looking ahead, Stephanie said she is excited to continue seeing her mentees grow throughout the school year. “Each meeting builds on the last,” she said. “Watching these young women gain confidence, support one another, and imagine what is possible for their futures is incredibly rewarding.”
